This doesn’t make any business sense to me, so I went to the AT&T store on the third floor in the same mall and was told what Kini said was misinformation. Kini told me I should not ask for the discount because even they gave me the $30 for each phone, AT&T would charge it back. After I told her I would like to have the $60 refunded to my credit card, she went to talk to her manager/supervisor, who would only disclose her first name, Kini. First, a lady would like to offer me the Apple gift cards. Contacted Apple’s customer service and was told to go to the store and they would do return and rebuy give me the discounts without switching devices.

However, today when I looked at the receipt, I saw they charged me for the full price without giving me the $60. Told them I would have AT&T service to get $30 discount for each of the 2 phones (this was cleared said on Apple’s website).

No additional help from those two, nor any expression of regret that I would have to lose all of my files in a factory reset. The two 20-something employees were impolite and showed little interest in helping me solve my problem. I went to this store when I was accidentally locked out of my iPhone. I came in with my father to purchase an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I never really care enough to leave a review on anything, but I'm making an exception this time.
